You are invited to consult with our expert staff on the selection of in-door and out-side venues we offer for wedding receptions. Because every wedding is unique, we can customize a coordination that meets your specific needs and budget. Our wedding coordinator will assist you with every step of your wedding plans from beginning to end.
Our Basic Coordinationpackage of $375.00 and includes the following items:
* Up to six hours of consulation, with a initial complimentary consultation
* On-site inspections, picking up materials and supplies
* Creating a time-line that is distributed to all vendors and wedding day participants to keep everyone on track and on time!
OTHER SERVICES WE PROVIDE:
Basic hourly coordination rate $75.00 per hour.
Same Day Wedding / Reception Coordination Packages. Prices vary. Call for details.
