Deposit on Lake Tahoe Weddings
A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve most wedding packages. The balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. If the wedding date is under 30 days, 100% of the package price is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Payment Terms for Lake Tahoe Weddings
You may pay your deposit and final payment to A Tahoe Wedding to Remember by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card.. We also accept Travelers Cheques, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders that can be mailed to us via the U.S. Mail.
Changes / Cancellations on Lake Tahoe Weddings
If you need to reschedule your wedding date for any reason, there is a $50.00 handling fee and a 30-day notice is required. Cancellations must be in writing and either mailed to us at P.O. Box 5784, Stateline, NV. 89449, or faxed to us at 866-493-5094. There are no refunds within 30 days of the wedding. If there is a cancellation or change within the first 30 days of booking, 50% of your total may be applied to a future date within the next 3 months. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. Availability for some services may be difficult to obtain. We reserve the right to charge additional rates or to reschedule wedding for bridal parties that do not start at time arranged by the parties.
Our weddings are not rushed, however, to be courteous to your guests and the wedding parties behind yours, every wedding should begin within ten minutes of the announced time. If your wedding is delayed the minister reserves the right to reschedule the wedding to a later time or date, or charge additional fees at a reasonable rate, not to exceed fifty dollars for each fifteen minutes wedding is delayed.

We are not responsible for the weather or wedding party delays. If the weather does turn for the worst, you may choose to book an alternate location. Additional fees will apply based on availability. Additional fees are non-refundable. There is a limit to the amount of participants at some locations. Additional charges may apply for parking, tram rides, and State Park fees.
